The game
Procedurally dug caves, four classes with genuinely different jobs, and a swarm that arrives when you are least ready. The community is the game's second product: matchmaking with strangers is reliably pleasant.
The rhythm
A mission is forty minutes, which is the whole session design. Twenty minutes gets you a short mission; an evening is a deep dive.

What you pay for
One purchase, free seasons that rotate without removing content. The cosmetic packs change nothing about how a dwarf performs, and the game never asks you to buy one.
What it asks of you
A microphone helps but is not required. The loop gets samey around forty hours until you raise the difficulty, which is where the game actually starts.
The strengths
- Free seasons, no pass
- Strangers are polite by design
- Perfect forty-minute session
The trade-offs
- Repetitive until you push difficulty
- Cosmetic shop exists, if quietly
Rock and stone, once paid.
